I always get upset when I see  noise complaints i n the news from a homeowner living near a racetrack or airport. I am almost certain that they were aware of these facilities and the proxi mity to the their home before purchasing it. But, if you have enough money, you can get restrictions on the noise level from these facilities.  Laguna Seca is a prime example of this.

Don’t get me started on HOAs.... I had several run- ins with mine my first year living here. All regarding my lawn, and a trailer I had parked in my side yard for several weeks.
